What is this practice?
Follow a path with corners. At each corner you stop once and change direction. 5 paths on the sheet, with 4 corners each.
Why this level

The path is 12mm wide, the peaks are 10mm high and there are 4 corners. For children whose pencil pressure has steadied. Getting through without touching the walls means slowing down. More corners means more switching between stop, turn and go. Unlike a wavy path, the hand can rest at each corner.
Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.
The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.
For grown-ups
- Let your child know it is fine to stop at a corner. Stopping is not a failure.
- Turning the paper at a corner is fine.
