What is this practice?

One police car, drawn to fill the sheet. The roof light is a small area. Changing just that makes it look real.

Why this level

Step: Step 1 · Grip・Around ages 2–3 (guide)

The drawing measures 182×118mm. The outline is black lines of even weight only — no shading, no screen tones — dark enough that a photocopy does not drop them.

Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.

The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.

For grown-ups

  • A red light and it is unmistakably a police car.
  • Crayons or colored pencils both work.
  • The colors do not have to match real life.
  • There is no need to color all of it.
