The lines are 44mm apart. At a corner the correct move is to stop the scissors and turn the paper.The cutting lines are solid — a dotted line is hard to follow by eye and the hand stalls.
Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.
The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.
