What is this practice?
One cat, drawn to fill the sheet. The face, body, tail and paws are separate areas to color. The outline is round, so it is easy to follow for a first-time colorer.
Why this level
Step: Step 1 · Grip・Around ages 2–3 (guide)
The drawing measures 156×222mm. The outline is black lines of even weight only — no shading, no screen tones — dark enough that a photocopy does not drop them.
Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.
The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.
For grown-ups
- Using different colors inside and outside the ears makes them stand out.
- Crayons or colored pencils both work.
- The colors do not have to match real life.
- There is no need to color all of it.
