Pictures are lined up in a row. Count along and color the circle under the one named. 4 problems, each in a different color.
Why this level
Step: Step 2 · Trace・Around ages 4–5 (guide)
“How many” and “which one” are different questions. Three of something means three circles, but the third one means a single circle. The longest row has 5 pictures.
Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.
The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.

- Placing a finger at the end you count from helps.
