Why this level

Step: Step 2 · Trace・Around ages 4–5 (guide)

A shadow has no color, so only the shape can be used. For a child who has been remembering by color, that is a step harder. The bottom row is in a different order from the top, so joining straight down does not work. 4 pairs.

Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.

The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.

  • Ears, tails and pointed parts are the features that give it away.
  • A wobbly line is fine.
