What is this practice?
Find the picture in the same place as the example on the left and circle it. Positions: left, right, in.
Why this level
Step: Step 1 · Grip・Around ages 2–3 (guide)
It can be solved without reading a single word. The example and the choices use different animals, so it cannot be solved by matching pictures. Front and back are not included, because they cannot be drawn apart on a flat page.
Ages are only a guide. Children of the same age can do different things, so each card also shows what a child can already do.
The sheet title and the note for grown-ups are printed in English. Words inside the activity itself stay in Japanese or Traditional Chinese.
For grown-ups
- Pointing at where it is on the box makes it easier to see.
- If they pick the wrong one, let them compare with the example.
- Ask “where is it?” when it is done.
